These Terms govern use of the Website only. They do not govern any paid engagement, project, or service ELEVYNX provides to a client. Any such engagement is governed exclusively by a separate, signed services agreement between ELEVYNX and the client, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

By using the Website, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with us through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3Eligibility

Precise Execution.," brand assets, text, graphics, frameworks, and design, are owned by ELEVYNX LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ELEVYNX's name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
8SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from ELEVYNX through a form on the Website, your consent and the terms governing those messages are set forth in the SMS section of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we offer separate transactional (account and service) and marketing (promotional) message categories, and you receive only those you consent to; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you may reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to ELEVYNX or other users.
16Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
