About ELEVYNX

We're the team that takes responsibility for your entire growth system.

Not one piece of it. Not one channel. The whole journey a stranger takes to become your client, studied, built, run, and measured by one team that owns the outcome. Built for companies scaling from $2M to $50M in revenue.

Why ELEVYNX was built

ELEVYNX started with a pattern we kept seeing inside growing businesses. A company would hire an ads agency. Then a web designer. Then a freelancer for email, another for content, maybe a CRM consultant. Each vendor did their piece. Nobody owned the whole. And in the gaps between those pieces, between the click and the page, between the form and the follow-up, between the call and the close, leads quietly disappeared. The business paid for all of it and could never quite say where the money went.

The strange part was that nobody in that arrangement was doing bad work. The ads were fine. The website looked good. The problem was structural: every vendor was accountable for their activity, and no one was accountable for the result. Growth was being treated as a collection of tasks when it's actually one connected system, and a system is only as strong as its weakest handoff.

So we built the company we thought should exist. One team that studies the business first, designs the full journey a buyer should take, builds every piece of it, connects them, automates them, and stays accountable to the number the whole thing was built to hit. Not a vendor for a slice of your growth. The owner of the system behind it.

Every vendor was accountable for their activity. No one was accountable for the result.

The behavioural model behind everything we do

The Lynx.

We named the company after an animal that hunts differently. The lynx doesn't chase everything that moves, it watches, waits, and commits only when the conditions are right. That's not our mascot. It's our operating model.

Observation Before Action

We don't launch anything before we understand the business. Every engagement starts with studying your audience, your competitors, your numbers, and your current system, because a campaign built on guesses is just expensive noise.

Precision Over Noise

We don't run every channel because it exists. We pick the few that fit your business and execute them properly. Two channels done well beat six done averagely, every time, in every industry we've worked in.

Strategic Patience

We don't chase trends or rush results to look busy. We fix the foundation first, even when it's tempting to skip ahead, because leads sent into a broken journey are leads wasted. When the system is ready, we move fast.

Controlled Execution

Nothing we build is decoration. Every page, email, automation, and campaign exists because it moves a lead one step closer to becoming a client. If we can't explain why something is there, it doesn't ship.

Architecture of identity

ELEVYNX

ELEV

From elevate. It's the promise in the name: every engagement exists to move a business measurably upward, in revenue, in position, in capability. We don't manage marketing. We raise the level a business operates at.

YNX

From the lynx, chosen not for how it looks, but for how it behaves. Watch first. Move with precision. Waste nothing. Those were our operating rules before they were our name; the animal just happened to embody them perfectly.

The name was built to grow with us, into consulting, technology, and products. It doesn't describe a service. It describes a standard.

How we operate, not how we aspire to

The operating standards.

01

Understand before executing

No campaign, page, or automation gets built before the business behind it is understood.

02

Own the outcome

Everyone here is accountable for results, not activity. If leads leak, we find where, we don't point at another vendor, because there isn't one.

03

Fewer things, done properly

We concentrate effort where the math says it matters most, and we say no to the rest.

04

Turn targets into math

Every goal gets reverse-engineered into numbers we can build toward and be measured against. No vague promises, in either direction.

05

Fix the foundation first

We never scale a broken system. Budget goes in only after the journey can hold it.

06

Build systems, not dependencies

Everything we build, funnels, automations, reporting, remains an asset the client owns and understands.

07

Say the honest thing

If the numbers are bad, we say so, with a plan to fix them. If a client's target isn't realistic, we say that too, before the spend, not after.

08

Stay calm, stay precise

No hype, no fake urgency, no performance for its own sake. The quality of the work is the volume.

Who you will actually work with

Operators, not executors.

Rao Imran Tasawar

Founder

Rao built ELEVYNX around a single conviction: growth is an engineering problem, not a gamble. He leads strategy on every engagement, the diagnostic work, the reverse-engineered targets, and the design of each client's full journey from first click to closed deal.

Ubaidullah Hassan

Chief Operating Officer

Ubaid runs the operating system behind the work, delivery standards, timelines, and the internal systems that make sure what was promised in strategy is what ships in execution. If ELEVYNX feels unusually organized to work with, that's his doing.

Bilal Arif

Head of Sales

Bilal leads every first conversation, and sets the tone for how ELEVYNX sells: no scripts, no pressure, no promises the math doesn't support. His job isn't to close everyone; it's to find the companies we can genuinely move with, and be straight with the ones we can't.

Everyone at ELEVYNX is an operator. They know why their work matters to the client's number, not just what task it requires.

What operating at a higher standard looks like

  1. We own the whole journey, not a slice of it

Ads, pages, funnels, follow-up, booking, automation, one team, one system, one owner. There are no handoffs between vendors, because there are no other vendors. The gaps where leads usually die don't exist here.

  2. We start with your business, not our playbook

The channels, the funnel, the journey, all of it gets designed from your audience, your economics, and your competitors. Two clients of ours rarely have the same system, because their businesses aren't the same.

  3. We turn your target into math before we spend a dollar

Revenue goal, clients needed, calls needed, leads needed, budget required. You see the full chain before anything launches, and if the math says your target needs adjusting, you hear that first.

  4. We fix the foundation before we add fuel

Most agencies send traffic on day one because that's what's visible. We fix the website, the offer, and the follow-up first, because leads into a leaking system is the most expensive mistake in marketing.

  5. The strategists are the operators

The person who designs your system is involved in building it. Nothing gets lost between the thinking and the doing, the most common failure point in agency work simply isn't in our structure.

  6. We report like you're in the room

Defined KPIs, weekly numbers, and honest readings of what's working and what isn't. When something underperforms, you get the diagnosis and the fix, not a reframed slide.

Where this is going

Right now, ELEVYNX does one thing at a very high standard: we build and run complete growth systems for companies between $2M and $50M in revenue. Every engagement sharpens the same set of methods, the diagnostics, the reverse-engineered planning, the journey architecture, into something no single-channel agency can replicate.

Those methods are becoming assets. The frameworks we use inside client work are being built into repeatable systems, diagnostic tools, automation infrastructure, AI-assisted analysis, so every new engagement starts further ahead than the last one did.

The long-term direction is clear: ELEVYNX becomes the standard for how growth systems get built, through services today, and through consulting, technology, and products built on the same doctrine tomorrow. The companies working with us now aren't hiring a vendor. They're partnering with a company that's compounding, the same way we build their systems.

If this is how you want growth handled, the next step is a conversation.

Tell us your target and show us your current setup. We'll show you where the system leaks, what we'd build, and what the math says, honestly, including if we're not the right fit.

We accept a limited number of new engagements each quarter.
